Narrative

29 Sep

Its been a week now since our American departure and our exodus by bike looms at the edge if our weekend. So far we’ve spent most if our time visiting my friends and relatives as we skip across Czech Republic in varied forms of transport. This is the easy part, I wouldn’t go so far as to say i’m anxious about mounting up, but I’ve got a nagging sense of curiosity as to how the details will unfold when we reach our first unkown interection or when somethings creaks and pops unexpectadly and forces us to inspect and repair the inevitable malfunction.

But for the moment, all is well. We’ve been greated by pleasant weather and the kind of familiar hospitality you can’t pay for. Most folks think we’re crazy but applaud our, uh, courage. I don’t totally agree that were mad, we left behind a far stranger place and for that I am thankful to great the future carte blanche.
